1954 Triumph TR2

Pat Moss (sister of Sir Stirling Moss) is one of the most successful female rally drivers of all time recording three outright wins and seven podium finishes.
In 1954 she purchased this Triumph TR2 and approached Triumph cars to ask for sponsorship as she was thinking of taking up rally driving. They declined but MG cars spotted her potential and agreed to sponsor her. The rest, is history.
Moores were honoured to be asked to retrim the seats in this important car, building the seats up from the spring assemblies and making new seat covers in Connoly leather.
